Cartoon villain #33 in my series is the evil Darkstorm from the amazing 80's cartoon Visionaries! Visionaries: Knights Of The Magical Light ran for 13 episodes in 1987, here's the intro youtu.be/DGHwY-x8GwA March has been my most productive art month ever, with 11 pretty cool pieces done in one month.
