Cartoon Villains - 013 - Doc Terror!

Lucky number 13 in my cartoon villains series is evil cyborg Doc Terror from The Centurions! The show had 65 episodes and ran from 1985 to 1987. Watch the show's intro here: youtu.be/EQT00ZSVzcg I've actually only seen a few episodes of Centurions, but I remember Doc Terror and his slight similarity to Perceptor from Transformers.  There are still so many cool villains to add here, you never know who I'll add next so stay tuned...
